We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and initiate the request.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return, specify the reason, and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack It Up
Securely package your items in the original Morphe box if possible, ensuring all products are protected, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
